Hi! I'm Jen Comer, a student at the University of Victoria, majoring in Geography.
I've been making jewelry on a serious level for about two years now, but I've been crafting all my life (it runs in my family). I love creating, anything from jewelry, to scrap-booking, knitting, and lately - painting rain-boots! I find that crafting is what keeps me sane while life is going crazy!

In the summer of 2005 I applied for a job at the local bead-store, and to my amazement they loved my enthusiasm, despite my unrefined skills. I learned more in my two years there than I could have ever dreamed of: all about techniques, tools, tricks, and beads.

I love working with organic materials, semi-precious stones, wood, seeds, shells and Swarovski Crystals (it's the sparkle!). The jewelry I create is completely original, I never duplicate a piece - nor do I ever plan on doing so.

My jewelry ready-for-sale is posted on Etsy (a delightful site of handmade goods!), so please pop on over there! I can also customize almost any piece, so if the beads or colours aren't quite right just email me what you're looking for, and I will do my best! I am happy to create a piece similar to one already made, customizing colours and designs just for you.

I ship in Canada for $4 and to the US for $5. Additional items shipped together are free! If you live outside of the US or Canada, just email me your address and I'll find out pricing for you.
